Privacy Policy
Last updated · June 2026
We keep this short and honest. Here's what data we handle, why, and the control you have over it.
Who we are
Quickomate ("we", "us") is a growth studio that builds automation, lead generation, and web and app development systems for B2B companies. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. It is written in plain language and is not a substitute for legal advice.
For any privacy question, contact us at hello@quickomate.com.
What we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you interact with us, that may include:
- Contact details you give us (name, email, company) when you book a call or email us.
- Business contact information used for outreach (name, role, company email), where we have a legitimate interest in contacting a relevant business about a relevant service.
- Basic technical and usage data from our website (such as pages viewed), if and when we enable privacy-friendly analytics. We will update this policy before we do.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not collect special-category data.
Why we use it (legal bases)
We process personal data on these bases:
- Legitimate interests: to run and grow our business, including B2B outreach to relevant companies and responding to enquiries. We balance this against your rights and only contact people where the message is relevant to their role.
- Performance of a contract: to deliver the services a client has engaged us for.
- Consent: where required, for example any future optional analytics or marketing. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: where the law requires us to keep certain records.
Cold email and outreach
Part of what we do, for ourselves and for clients, is B2B cold email. When we email you on a business basis, we identify ourselves honestly, keep the message relevant to your role, and make it easy to opt out. If you ask us to stop, we stop, and we will remove your details from active outreach promptly.
Sharing and processors
We use a small set of reputable service providers to operate (for example hosting, email infrastructure, and scheduling). They process data on our instructions under appropriate agreements. We share data with them only as needed to provide the service, and never sell it.
For client engagements, systems are built inside the client's own accounts. The client is the controller of the data inside those accounts; we act on their instructions.
Where data is stored
Our providers may process data in the United States, the EU, the UK, or elsewhere. Where data moves across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, or as the law requires. Enquiry and outreach data is reviewed periodically and removed when it is no longer relevant.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, but we'd appreciate the chance to help first: hello@quickomate.com.
Cookies
Our site currently uses only what is necessary to function. If we add privacy-friendly analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
